I met Peter in the mid eighties at Shatin police station. He and i enjoyed playing snooker together in the mess. He nearly became my PTU Echo Coy Commander but that unfortunately didnt happen. Peter was a very nice man. Solid, friendly and a good conversationalist. David Henderson
